For Biosolids Digester Facilities Project for Building 610 Wave 1 Official construction start date August 2021, end date August 2028. The Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP) aims to replace the existing digester facilities with new, expanded, reliable, modern facilities as well as improving odor control systems and upstream and downstream process systems. The City and County of San Francisco, acting through the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), has engaged MWH/Webcor JV to construct a facility within the wider BDFP. This facility comprises Building 610 and some limited adjacent structures. Building 610 scope of work includes the following components. Civil - below grade yard piping, drainage, paving, waterproofing. Architectural - building finishes, EIFS, building envelope, coatings. Structural - CIP concrete, steel, miscellaneous metals, prestressed tanks, access walkways and stairs. Mechanical - process piping, supports, equipment installation. Electrical - switchgear, MCC's conduit and raceways with cabling for MV and LV installations. Process Equipment - associated with the wastewater treatment process. Controls - DCS, PCIS, Instrumentations, Integration. Building Services - HVAC, security, lighting, fire detection, fire suppression. Opportunities for support services during day-to-day construction activities.
