In general, the project consists of construction of a baseball playing field with rubberized playing surface, a concession and restroom facility, parking/drives, sidewalks, dugouts, and fencing. Deposit (refundable amount): $250.00 made payable to the Marshall County Fiscal Court. The $250 deposit will be held and refunded to each person who returns the plans and specifications in usable condition within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening date. After this fourteen day period no refunds will be made for Plans and Specifications returned. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $250.00 with no refund. 2. Shipping: Additional shipping charge of $30.00 Made Payable to Paducah Blueprint B. Electronic copies of documents may also be obtained provided one hard copy set as noted above is obtained prior. A nonrefundable amount $50.00 made payable to Paducah Blueprint shall be required. Due to the ease of sharing electronic information in a third party arrangement or partial context, bidders are cautioned to reference the Instruction to Bidders Article 3.1.3 and the responsibilities for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of bidding documents.
