The City of Fairview, Oklahoma for Hvac unit The City of Fairview, Oklahoma (City) is accepting bids for an HVAC unit to be installed at the Legacy Golf Course. Bids must also include a copy of your insurance that meets the minimum requirements, 3 references from another commercial install, and summery of the ng make model and size of equipment being used. Bidder understands that the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. Do not include state or local sales (excise) taxes in your bid. The City will appoint the successful bidder as its agent for purpose of such sales (excise) exemption.
