For North Glendale and Robinson Elementary School - ADA Ramp Installations This project requires the Contractor to a new exterior ADA ramp at both North Glendale Elementary School and Robinson Elementary School. Contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to perform the scope in accordance with the requirements, recommendations and specifications of this document. Award of the bid will be based on lowest and best qualified bid at the owner discretion All bids equal to or greater than $5,000 must be accompanied by a Bidder Bond executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Missouri as the Surety; or a company check in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid.
