Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hot Springs, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: Schedule 1 - Tank #1 Rehabilitation consists of rehabilitating a 250,000 gallon municipal welded steel water storage tank including exterior and interior recoating with AWWA epoxy-polyamide coating system; replacement of existing vent, manway, platform, and handrailing; installation of a new access stairway on tank roof; and replacement of an existing 12" water transmission main valve. Schedule 2 - Water Well Improvements consists of various water supply well improvements including installation of a new 4" submersible well pump, pitless unit, 2" buried water supply line, interior piping and valves, flow meter, SCADA controls, and electrical improvements to Well #3; installation of a new flow meter and interior piping at Well #2; and installation of a new flow meter and a new propane auxiliary generator at Well #1. Schedule 3 - B Street Water Main Extension consists of extending a buried water main along North Road, B Street, and 3rd Ave North including C900 PVC pipe, 8" gate valves, fire hydrants, water services, fittings, asphalt reclamation, and gravel surfacing reclamation. Bidders may submit a bid for all three, two, or a single schedule of their choosing. If submitting a bid on a specific schedule, the schedule must be completed in full including the base bid and all additive alternates for that schedule according to these Instructions to Bidders and Project Requirements. The Town reserves the right to award separate schedules to separate Contractors based on the low bid for each individual schedule.
