Attention to Bidders is particularly called to t h e c o n d i t i o n s o f e m p l o y m e n t t o b e observed wage rates f r o m b o t h M o n t a n a Prevailing Wage Rates or Davis-Bacon Wage Rates may be required u n d e r t h e C o n t r a c t . Because both federal a n d s t a t e f u n d s a r e being utilized for this project, the Contractor shall pay the higher w a g e s o f e i t h e r t h e M o n t a n a P r e v a i l i n g W a g e R a t e s o r t h e D a v i s - B a c o n Wa g e R a t e s , b a s e d u p o n eachs classification rules. This project also requires the Contractor t o c o m p l y w i t h 1 % Gross Receipts Tax per M o n t a n a C o d e Annotated. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount is r e q u i r e d w i t h submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and P a y m e n t B o n d s a r e r e q u i r e d f r o m t h e C o n t r a c t o r p r i o r t o work commencing on site. N o B i d d e r m a y withdraw their Bid until sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the r i g h t t o w a i v e a l l informalities or reject any or all Bids.
