DASNY is soliciting bids for the Windows and Siding Replacement project at Capital District DDSO Hostel 10538. The project is to replace existing windows and siding on the residence. Scope of work includes replacement of approximately 4,000 sf of existing T-111 siding with insulated sheathing and vinyl siding; replacement of windows and doors within existing openings with custom fiberglass and vinyl units; aluminium facias, gutters, and downspouts; interior gwb and painting; subsurface drainage piping; and site restoration. One construction contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $175,000 - $225,000.
