This federal transportation-funded contract has a 6% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal. Bidders are advised that a pre-bid conference will not be held for the project. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Materials Bond, and shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 617 of the Laws of New York State for 1974. No bids shall be accepted from, or any contract awarded to any person or corporation who is in arrears to Washington County upon any debt of Contract, or is a defaulter as surety or otherwise upon obligation to Washington County. Washington County also reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids
