Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Shushan, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Salem will be accepting sealed bids for an ADA Accessible Path to be constructed at the Georgi on the Battenkill for the Museum, located at 21 Adams Lane; Shushan, NY 12873. The scope of the work is described in the Drawings and includes the construction of a gravel path from the parking area to the south entrance of the Museum. A Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate & a Certificate of Insurance must accompany all bids. The Town of Salem reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-fie (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A site visit to review existing conditions and constraints at the project site is strongly recommended. The site is open to the public daily. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements of the State Wage Rate Schedule, the Davis-Bacon Act, and to all other applicable Federal, State and Local requirements including Affirmative Action requirements.
