Reference number : 1513437 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-08-18 Electronic submission accepted: No CONSTRUCTION OF PUMPING STATION PAUZÉ PAUL AND DISCHARGE LINE ALONG THE ROAD Marie-Victorin TENDER N o 202108-64 The City of Sorel-Tracy is requesting bids for construction work on the Paul-Pauzé pumping station and the discharge line along Route Marie-Victorin. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on an account registered in a Quebec banking establishment and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, taxes included. . A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers will also be accepted. The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. This market is subject to the following agreements: ACCQO, AQNB and ALEC. The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation or cost of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder (s). In addition, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only.
