The list of goods to be supplied is divided into the following categories: - Lot 1: Cables, circuits and connections; - Lot 2: Hardware; - Lot 3: Electronics; - Lot 4: Lighting; - Lot 5: Automation; - Lot 6: Fire alarms; - Lot 7: Fiber optics. Each lot will lead to a separate contract. Companies may choose to bid on one or more categories depending on their area of expertise. It is not mandatory to submit a bid for all categories. A separate award will be made for each category, based on the lowest price submitted. TERM OF THE CONTRACT This contract shall come into force on the date of its signature by the parties or on any other date specified in the contractual documents. The Contract covers a period of TWO (2) years from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027, with ONE (1) option to renew for ONE (1) year from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028.
