Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque drawn on an account registered with a Quebec bank and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten per cent (10%) of the bid, including taxes. A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorised by the Autorité des marchés financiers will also be accepted.
