Each submission must be accompanied by a certified cheque drawn on an account in a Québec banking institution and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the submission, including taxes. A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers will also be accepted.
