The Contract covers the THREE (3) year period from 1 November 2025 to 30 October 2028, with TWO (2) renewal options of ONE (1) year each. A submission will be automatically rejected if : - It is submitted after the deadline or in the wrong place (if in paper format); - It is not written in French; - The price schedule (Appendix 2.00) is missing, not signed by an authorized person, is not the one sent by the PUBLIC BODY, or does not contain the same provisions; - The integrity declaration is missing or unsigned; - It is transmitted electronically other than via the SEAO, or if it is unintelligible, infected or otherwise illegible once its integrity has been established by the SEAO; - The TENDER submits more than one Tender under the Invitation to Tender, it being understood that the transmission of the same Tender electronically and on paper does not constitute the submission of more than one Tender and that such transmission results in the automatic rejection of the Tender on paper; - Any other compliance condition mentioned in the tender documents is not met. If the Tender submitted is conditional or restrictive, this may also result in its rejection.
