A bid bond of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorite des marches financiers will also be accepted. Tenderer contractors are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both in terms of their creditworthiness and the content of their tender, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licences. This market is subject to the following territorial agreements: ACCQO and ALEC. The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation or expense whatsoever towards the bidder(s). Furthermore, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only.
