Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, drawn on an account registered with a bank in Quebec and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, including taxes. A bid guarantee of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers will also be accepted.
