Each must be accompanied by a certified cheque, drawn on an account registered with a bank in Quebec and payable to the City of Sorel-Tracy, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the , including taxes. A guarantee of the same value issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers will also be accepted. The contractor tenderers are responsible for selecting subcontractors, both in terms of their creditworthiness and the content of their , and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the uired permits and licences.
