DELIVERY SCHEDULE The successful bidder will be required to adhere to the following schedule: Scheduled start of work: October 27, 2025; Deadline for execution: May 31, 2026. Note: Any unjustified delay in the delivery of goods, services or execution of work could result in penalties as set out in the contractual documents ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS Only contractors who: Hold all necessary qualifications, authorizations, permits, licences, registrations, certificates, accreditations and attestations; Have an establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable Intergovernmental Agreement, and hold a valid certificate from Revenu Quebec (or submit the absence of establishment form in Quebec); GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 10% of the total amount tendered (excluding applicable taxes), in one of the following forms: Certified cheque or bank draft; Irrevocable letter of guarantee; or Bid bond issued by a recognized financial institution.
