Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Upgrades Project Description:The Work to be performed under this Contract includes the upgrade of the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system that monitors and controls the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and related remote facilities to include the programmable logic controllers (PLCs), operator interface terminals (OITs), Human Machine Interface (HMI) software, associated communication systems as specified within the Contract Documents. This project is being procured jointly by the Pepper's Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority and its other member jurisdictions, specifically the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, either or both of whom may be referred to herein as "OWNER," as applicable to the context.
