SCOPE The successful Firm shall, at a minimum, be responsible for providing professional expertise and other resources required to perform the following tasks: 1. Participate in monthly project management team meetings 2. Develop conceptual plans and quantity of materials cost estimates 3. Permitting and environmental compliance 4. Provide complete construction plans and bid documents 5. Assist with procurement 6. Provide construction oversight and review pay requests 7. Construction management SCOPE OF WORK: This work is to be accomplished utilizing computerized design and drafting systems compatible with VDOT's automated design and drafting systems. This project will be developed utilizing VDOT and all other active State and Federal policies and procedures and guidelines. This Request for Proposal does not commit the City of Radford to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procure or contract for services.
