ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to perform approximately 600,000 feet of crack sealing on OR58 (Hwy 018) in Oakridge, Oregon. The resulting contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates, in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for performing approximately 600,000 feet of crack sealing on OR58 (Hwy 018) in Oakridge for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
