Bids entered after the above date and time will not be accepted. At the time stated above, the Agency may either select the winning bid or reject all bids. The Agency may, at its discretion, postpone any such action following the opening, for the period expressed in Agency's Instruction to Bidders, during which period the bids will be irrevocable and open to public inspection. The Agency may reject for good cause any or all bids, or may waive any informalities in bids, all in its sole discretion, upon a finding by the Agency that it is the public interest to do so. All bids are subject to the applicable requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, 279C and 701, and the regulations of the Jackson County Facility Maintenance. All work is subject to ORS Chapters 279C.800 to 279C.870. The Agency will not receive or consider a bid unless the bidder is registered in good standing with the Construction Contractors Board as required by statute. This turn-key project will replace the previous 20' x 30' work shop lost to Alameda Wild Fire. Previous work shop was a Butler type, commercial grade pre-engineered steel structure. See attachment #1 - 20' wide x 30' deep. - 8' high walls. - 8' x 8' roll up door in front. - 3/O hollow metal man door in front. - Insulation throughout. - 2 ea. gas fired radiant tube heaters. (gas already ran to site) - 100 amp 120/240 volt single phase electrical distribution system/panel. (Existing circuit ran to old structure is 120/240,100amp, single phase 4 wire) - 4" Concrete slab floor. - Built in attached tool benches. - Interior/exterior lighting. - Convenience outlets for 120 & 240 volt powered equipment. - Include exhaust fan (controlled by toggle switch) at south side gable - Include louvered vent at north side gable - Finished concrete floor elevation to be at least 2" above exterior elevation. Material may need to be added. - Exterior lighting is one flood light on north side of structure -Work benches on south and west walls will be 20' long x 28" deep x 40" high with a shelf at 20", built sturdy with wood and 14- gauge galvanized top -Convenience outlets: (3) Double duplex per work bench. Each 120/20-amp dedicated circuit. (1) 220volt 30 amp single phase (1) 220 volt 50 amp single phase. - "turn-key" includes engineering and permits - Provide portable toilets for duration of construction activities.
