Phase I (complete): Construct a 10' wide paved multiuse path along Blacks Run between Virginia Avenue and Suter Street on independent alignment. VDOT Revenue Sharing grant. Mt Clinton Phase (underway - expenditures and funding information is for this phase only):Construct a 10' wide paved multi-use path on north side of road between Virginia Avenue and Park Road. Enhance crosswalk at Chicago Avenue/Mt Clinton Pike. Fill in sidewalk gaps on south side of road between Virginia Avenue and Park Road, as budget allows. VDOT Revenue Sharing grant. As of July 05, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
