Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of Sept 2 the project was cancelled. Contractor/ Vendor shall provide a Proposal for the necessary Labor and Material to: Mobilize tools and set up safe work environment Disconnect power to all ceiling light fixtures in offices, library and 26 classrooms Remove ceiling light fixtures and dispose of properly To stabilize all new fixtures, furnish and install new steel channel support above suspended ceiling grid in all rooms Furnish and install five hundred forty-nine (549) new LED light fixtures to replace damaged fixtures previously removed Run new electrical wiring from fixture to fixture Replace damaged ceiling tiles with new Reconnect supply power and test for proper operations Clean all debris and equipment off job site upon completion The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Department: Pre-Qualified Contractor Opportunities Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. Questions Due Date: Aug 6th 2021, 7:00 AM CDT
