Site work for a water / sewer project in Lyons, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of 9/13/2021 This project has not yet been awarded . Contractor Installed Phase: Installing approximately 697 l.f. of 8" SDR 26 PVC sewer main; including manholes, and appurtenances. Work also includes Courthouse Sanitary Sewer Improvements as shown on Attachment 1 of the Drawings. City Installed Phase: The owner will be installing approximately 930 l.f. of additional 8" C900 PVC waterline concurrently; including hydrants, valves, connections, service connection, right-of-way restoration, and appurtenances. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid Security: in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
