5. Removal and reinstallation of HVAC systems for installation of new roofing material at both MirandaCreamer building and South End Fitness Center.
6. Replacement of interior finishes at South End Fitness Center corridor.
7. Creating a new handicap toilet room.

9. Removal and reinstallation of electrical equipment and conduit for installation of new roofing
material.

11. Replacement of window system at pool area.
12. Steel dunnage under new dehibiudification system.
