Renovation of a municipal facility in N Wildwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Description: Furnish and install twelve (12) commercial garage doors at the Wildwood Department of Public Works, 400 W. Oak Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260. Submissions shall be made in an opaque, sealed envelope(s), marked as, "Response to RFQP for Furnishing Garage Doors", indicating the person or entity making the proposal, with the name of an authorized representative and phone number Persons and entities submitting proposals are required to comply with N.J.A.C. 17:37. The City of Wildwood reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11- 13.2, as amended, to reject all proposals. Questions should be directed to the City Clerk at (609) 522-2444, during regular business hours 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality in any bid, without disclosure of the reason therefore, and reserves the right to forthwith revoke the privileges granted, condition or regulate the operation of, and management of, said approval, and the decision of said Board of Commissioners shall be deemed final both in law and in equity. Addenda, if any, will be issued on the City website; therefore, all interested bidders shall check the website from now through the bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
