For qualified contractors to provide snow plowing and/or snow hauling and/or chemical spreading services for the City of Winchester per the specifications herein. The Contract will be administered by the Public Works department. The Term of This Contract Shall Be a Period Twelve (12) Months From Date of Award. The City Reserves the Right to Cancel and Terminate This Contract, Without Penalty, Upon Ten (10) Days Written Notice to Contractor. The Parties Understand and Agree That the City, at Its Sole Option, May Renew This Contract for Five (5) Additional Twelve (12) Month Periods. In addition, the City of Winchester reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informality.
