The City of Winchester is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide landscaping and related services in accordance with the specificationsherein. b. Contract Term: Length of this Contract shall be for one year. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. While it is not anticipated that this contract will be renewed, the parties understand and agree that the City, at its sole option, may renew this Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. c. Volume of Business: The City will not guarantee any volume ofbusiness.
