Saving Project...

Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Forsyth, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount no less than 10% of the bid, the Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the total bid. Scope of Work: Will be provided by Landon Sparks and can be obtained from Monroe County Purchasing Department or Monroe County Recreation Department. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount no less than 10% of the bid, the Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Monroe County with a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability and Worker's Compensation. The Trade Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services as required to satisfactorily complete work that is necessary according to specifications in the bid packet.
