Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Hamilton, and opened and read in public in the Township of Hamilton Municipal Building, 2090 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08609 for the following: 1 2021-2022 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND COLLECTION SYSTEM ENGINEERING SERVICES. Addendums and Clarifications will also be posted on the Township of Hamiltons website. All RFP's must be stamped by 10:00am to be valid, any RFP stamped in after 10:00am will not be accepted. RFP proposals shall be submitted to Michele Bado, Purchasing Agent, 2090 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08609. All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractor), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). For questions and additional information, contact the Purchasing Department at (609)890-3648.
