Renovation of an educational facility in Indian Trail, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Union County Board of Education, Monroe, NC, will receive bids for Roof Replacement Porter Ridge Middle School, Bid Number 1-97343089. The Procurement Lead for Union County Public Schools is Penny Helms, penny. helms@ucps.k12.nc.us. The work includes, but is not limited to the following items. Removal of existing single ply roofing, rigid insulation and associated metal work. Installation of new, rigid insulation, cover board, and modified bitumen roofing along with associated metal work and other conditions as indicated on drawings and specified within the project manual. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities in bidding. Bidders shall note the compliance with the Owner's Minority Participation Policy is applicable to this project.
