Contract 2021-04 General Construction Contract - Hillside Village Contract 2021-05 General Construction Contract - MW Smith Home Custom BT Processed Vertex Roofing - 675,000 Impact Services and Renovation - 1,269085 Total - 1944085 The Harrisburg Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for HHA - Hillside Village - Smith Homes, Roof Replacement & Exterior Upgrades; the project is located at N 12th Street & Reilly Road (Hillside Village) and South Cameron and Calder Streets (Smith Homes) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania All Bidders must adhere to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the minimum Davis Bacon Wage Determination, as set forth in the documents. HHA strongly supports equal opportunity in competitive contracting, as well. HHA is requiring a 30% presumptive objective for MBE/WBE participation for all contracts. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive informalities in the bidding. A bid guarantee is required of at least 5% of the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Harrisburg Housing Authority. All questions and requests for information about the content of the documents shall be directed, in writing, to Lori Shope via the Housing Agency Marketplace website no later than 2 p.m. Tuesday August 24, 2021. The project will include roof replacement immediately starting in September, 2021 with additional roof replacement and exterior upgrades scope of work to start in the Spring of 2022.
