The work is located at East Portal Diversion Dam approximately five (5) miles southwest of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado at the end of Tunnel Road/CO 66. The work be performed includes the following: remove existing concrete in specified locations; cast-in-place reinforced concrete overlay inside of the existing concrete spillway, anchoring into the partition wall; and furnish and install a rubber flap gate on each spillway inlet bay. The solicitation will be issued on or around September 29, 2021 for Total Small Business SetAside. Proposals will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation is issued. Proposals will be received at the Bureau of Reclamation's Missouri Basin Regional Office, 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana.
