Per the owner, as of July 11, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. Owner also states that when the design contract is executed, they will begin the RFQ two step selection process to obtain a Construction Manager at Risk. The owner states that this is typically a six month process. The owner states that they hope to have a CMAR on board by the end of 2022. Owner states that construction is not anticipated to begin until late spring/early summer of 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ..................
