CU has a total of nine (9) lifts which require annual inspection and repair work as-needed. Six (6) of the lifts are located at Division (65803), two (2) lifts are located at Calhoun (65802), and one (1) lift is located at Prince Lane (65802). Work will always start at the Division location, and a CU employee will take the vendor to the satellite locations when service is needed. City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri, (CU) requests proposals to establish a contract for: FTA Inspection & Repair of air or hydraulic vehicle lift/hoist equipment, and the maintenance, repair and/or installation of overhead and portable lubrication systems For a period of one year beginning July 15, 2022, with renewal options, and subject to the following CU reserves the right to make multiple awards from this Bidding Event. CU operates a multiple shift operation, seven days a week. Response to on-site services and/or delivery of items must be within 24 hours of request for normal orders and within 4 hours of request on emergency orders.
