This project will consist of the additions of four gymnasiums with associated links to existing school buildings and associated site work. Additional renovations to the existing school buildings including, but not limited to re-roofing, flooring replacements, construction, demolition, renovation and hazardous material removal. Proposed floor area for each gym building is approximately 6,846 sf. Additional renovations to the existing school buildings including, but not limited to re-roofing and flooring replacement as indicated in drawings.. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, renovation, and hazardous material removal. Reference bid requirements for varying bid scope pairings of schools. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all scope of work described in the project specifications. The project is estimated to cost $21,000,000. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening.
