****As of February 14, 2022, this project has been awarded to A&D Enterprises. and the amount is $112,512.62** Project site is Marvin Rd between 47th Ave NE and 50th Ave NE A certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount, payable to Thurston PUD, or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. This project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors. The project consists of installing approximately 1,320 linear feet of new 6" C900 PVC mainline, looping the existing water system.
