Renovation of a stadium in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project has been awarded to Tom E Gayewski Construction Inc. in the amount of $164,900. Bids shall be identified as: BID for Marshfield North Stadium Reroof/Video Booth. Bidders must submit a Subcontractor Disclosure Form identifying any first-tier subcontractor that will be furnishing labor or labor and material on the Contract to the office of the Architect, within two working hours of the time for receipt of bids in accordance with ORS 279C.370, email or hand-deliver. Refer to Instructions to Bidders within the Project Manual for more information. The Work on this contract consists of the removal and replacement of the existing builtup roof system on the MHS North Stadium Building. Work to include removal of the existing built-up system down to the existing plywood decking. Removal of damaged plywood and 2x6 tongue & groove decking will also be required as needed. Reroofing to include furnishing and installing a single-ply membrane roofing system complete with associated flashings. Roof area is approximately 13,150 sq. ft. Alternates include replacement of stadium lighting and construction of a video booth. Contract Documents for this work, including Instructions to Bidders and Bid Form, may be examined at the Office of the Architect, HGE Architects, Inc., 333 South 4th Street, Coos Bay, Oregon, phone: 541- 269-1166, email: general@ hge1.com, and at the following locations: Coos Bay School District office. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection therewith. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof until the lapse of thirty (30) days from the bid opening.
