Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
No bids will be accepted after this time. This project consists of two schedules entailing the removal and replacement of 2 culverts for a total of approximately 120 lineal feet of 12-inch HDPE storm drain pipe. Installation of a new catch basin, reshape inlet, outlet and ditch line on culverts. Slurry fill around sanitary sewer line, ac pavement trench resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, and related work items. A Pre-Bid conference will not be held. Bidders must qualify with Owner per ORS 279C.430 as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, at the time of bid submittal. The Contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. Estimated Value: $115,000 to $155,000 No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening. This project has 2 schedules. Schedule A - 18th Ave. Road Repair consists of removal and replacement of approximately 64-feet of 12-inch storm drain piping, channel reshaping, ac pavement trench resurfacing, slurry fill, and road reconstruction. Schedule B - Removal and replacement of approximately 55-feet of 12-inch storm drain piping, channel reshaping, catch basin, area drain, pipe supports, and ac pavement trench resurfacing
