Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 66,460-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of (6) buildings (Generator, Pump House, Storage, Maintenance, Administration, and Fuel/Herbicide/Deicer/Wash buildings) totaling roughly 66,460 sf, as well as other site items. Gerding Builders is currently soliciting bids for the Early Work Package 2 only, consisting of: Completion of the Generator building (foundation and slab already in place). Completion of the Pump House building (foundation and slab already in place) Gerding Builders is an equal opportunity employer and encourages the participation of minority, women, disabled veteran, disadvantaged, and emerging small business enterprises.
