Work includes: 1. Exterior envelope preservation maintenance and replacement including: a. Roofing: Removal, salvage, and re-installation of eave roof slates and scattered roof slate replacement, installation of waterproof membranes at eave edges, copper flashing installation and solder work, renewing and repairing flat seam roofing, replacing asphalt shingle, adhered SBS (Styrene, Butadiene, Styrene), and built-up roofing; b. Skylight Repair: Repair of 6 roof skylights of various types including re-glazing and painting of frames; c. Replacement and expansion of the existing electric snow melt cable system including controllers and cables. d. Roof Drainage: Stabilization and repair of the existing roof drainage system including repair of deteriorated wood gutters. installation of custom copper gutter liners, and repair and replacement of copper downspouts and extensions. e. Masonry: Masonry rehabilitation at building foundations and areaways including cleaning to remove organic growth and stains, brick and stone repointing, brick rebuilding and replacement, re-setting of granite stair treads, and concrete repairs to an existing areaway; f. Woodwork: Repair and in-kind replacement of exterior woodwork materials including siding, trim boards, window sills, stringcourses, watertables, wood railings, stoops, fencing and lattice material. g. Rehabilitation of metal trellis components to improve strength and support landscape materials. h. Openings: Repair of windows, doors, wood storm sash, and louvered shutters including wood Dutchmen, epoxy repairs, window re-glazing (putty), repair of glass lites, and refurbishment of hardware; i.
