Renovation of a water / sewer project in Halesite, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Whereas the Suffolk County Water Authority (Authority) has submitted an application for Water Infrastructure Investment Act (WIIA) funding, the attached specifications pertaining to required Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE requirements are hereby made a part of this contract. Bidders must comply with the terms as described in Contract 7791. Bidders are required to submit the documentation required as per the Davis-Bacon Act and MBE/WBE; failure to submit the documentation will result in rejection of your bid. These meetings are mandatory, failure to attend will result in rejection of your Bid. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid.
