* Tender was awarded to: TrailFlow Outdoor Adventures at $121,470.00. This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Municipality of the District of Chester (the "Municipality") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Trail Design and Build for Our Open Spaces to the Department of Community Development & Recreation, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to Municipality's Procurement Policy P-04. The Municipality of the District of Chester is seeking the services of a qualified firm or individuals to plan, design and construct non-motorized, multi-use trails on four open space properties that are wholly owned by the Municipality. The proposal should demonstrate how your company is qualified to complete the design and build activities, a list of key personnel with credentials, a description of the Deliverables, past experience, timelines, and costs to complete all phases of work. The Municipality is committed to purchasing goods, services, and construction in a manner that is cost effective, and better for the environment, and our community. Four (4) of the properties are the subject of the trail development requirements outlined in this RFP. They are: 1. The Haughn Estate and Natural Area 2. Gold River Natural Area 3.
