Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middletown, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Middletown is seeking a qualified contractor to perform roadway reconstruction, ADA compliant curb ramp improvements and related work for the following streets, as applicable: South Cox Street from East Cochran Street to Berkman Street, East Hoffecker Street from South Broad Street to South Catherine Street and all of East Park Place. The contract will require the provision of all labor, material, equipment, and other necessary resources to successfully complete all work to the Town's satisfaction. The contractor shall be required to commence all work no later than ten (10) days from the Notice to Proceed. The Work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Town. Questions regarding this project should be directed in writing via email to Todd Frey, P.E., at tfrey@middletown.delaware.gov The Town of Middletown reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids and to award the contract considered to be in their best interest.
