Location: New Castle County Pre-bid Meeting: No The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to repair and improve sections of bituminous concrete pavement and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Pavement or composite pavements on roads in DelDOT Canal District, New Castle County, Delaware, including all Expressways (SR 1 and US 301) and major roadways. Work shall include, but is not limited to: saw-cutting, removal of existing PCC or composite pavement, placing concrete and dowel bars, partial depth patching, dowel bar retrofit & longitudinal steel retrofit, diamond grinding, bituminous milling and paving, crack and joint sealing, installing pavement markings, adjusting/repairing drainage inlets, manholes, water valves, and other utilities, installing underdrains, repairing and rehabilitating concrete barrier, curb, median, sidewalk, pedestrian connections and any other related work activities to complete each work order. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. All work on this contract must be complete within 271 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 35 Weather Days.
