As of August 1, 2022, a designer for this project has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Chandler is requesting qualifications from qualified architectural and/or multi-disciplinary firms to provide professional services to assist the City of Chandler in preparing a Facility Assessment, identifying priorities based on the assessment list, design as needed, develop specifications for bidding, bid out, and oversee the project work. Please contact the City Administrator’s Office at 811 Hwy 31 E., Chandler, Texas, by calling 903-849-6853, or emailing jwhitsell@chandlertx.com for a full copy of the RFQ, containing all submittal requirements. Opening is scheduled in the City Hall City Council Chamber, 811 Hwy 31E., Chandler, Texas at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 2, 2021. All are invited to attend.
