All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the contractual documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca or by calling 514-856-6600 for residents of the Montreal region. and toll-free number 1-866-669-7326 for out-of-town residents. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Company under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at plaintecontrat@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt thereof as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Bidders who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date. and the cut-off time for receipt of bids . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline for receipt of bids, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
