Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; 50,000-square-foot parking garage; and service station / car wash facility.

In general the project consists of constructing an approximately 50,000 sq ft mansory DPW building including the following wings : Parking garage, Repair Garage, Wash Bay, Parts and office Building. As of October 1, 2021, construction has not started. Construction is anticipated to start in mid October 2021. They are in the process of selecting subs.
