Renovation of a municipal facility in Newton, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The newton board of selectmen is seeking sealed bids to repair a sloping section of floor within the town clerks office. The scope of work will include the following: Removal of all furniture. Removal of existing carpet. Install new layer of plywood. Install a self-leveling compound to create a flat, non-sloping surface. Install new carpet. Place furniture back into room. Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Newton as an additional insurer is required. The work must be started on September 7 and completed by September 12, 2021. The selectmen reserve the right to reject any or all bids; also the right to negotiate for the best arrangement for the town. Board of selectmen
